Lidija Taskova-Popova is the General Manager and one of the founders of ESP – Human Rights Development and Management LTD., Skopje.
In addition to being responsible for the overall growth and development of ESP, Lidija is also a trainer and a personal and professional development coach for more than 25 years.
She completed her studies of technology of information systems at the London Guildhall University. She earned her master’s degree in the field of management at the Sheffield University in Thessaloniki. A trainer of adults and a trainer of trainers licensed by the Bureau of Development of Education in the Republic of Macedonia. A certified NLP Master Practitioners, NLP Capital Coach, and a PCM coach. She has completed a training in Systemic Dynamics Work Method Program). Lidija is the president of MAQS, the association for quality in education.
As part of her experience as a trainer and a coach, she has successfully organized and implemented numerous projects, trainings, and coaching sessions related to personal and professional development in Macedonia and in Kosovo. The topics she trains in most often include: development of leadership; art in communication; development of successful teams; sales and negotiation techniques; innovation and creativity; conflict management; stress management; time management; training of trainers; motivation; problem solving and decision making; commitment at the work place; etc.
Her long-standing experience in designing, running and controlling the entire business processes complements the theoretical aspect of her trainings with a practical dimension, making the skills acquired by the participants easy to apply.
